I would just like to thank you for dealing with my sale so quickly and efficiently. I received an appointment very soon after my initial enquiry, found the valuation to be accurate, and the advertising dealt with quickly so my property was on the market as quick as possible.
During the photo and data collection process, I found 2 Roost gave this the personal touch, really understanding my home, and this came across in the advert. The negotiations of sale were made easy by 2 Roost being the go between.
Throughout I have found 2 Roost, approachable, quick to respond to messages and in contact regularly, I have not had to chase at all, and so far it has been a very smooth process.

Sorry, better late than never. I would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to you both for all the hard work you put into selling my house, in an extremely tough market.  The concept of 2Roost is great, they are good at what they do and work hard, they give you honest, real and sensible market appraisals, they don’t talk rubbish, and they work for the customer, and not for making a large profit. I would highly recommend 2Roost, a different concept in selling your home, but well worth a phone call. Regards,

I just wanted to say thanks for the way in which you handled our house sale. You were friendly and professional, and always available to advise us throughout the process. 

We were both impressed by the fact that you managed to achieve the sale of our house in such a short time, in what was one of the worst housing slumps in recent history. 

I am totally convinced of your low fee sale package, and was pleased that ‘low fee’ didn’t equate to ‘poor service’; in fact you were more professional than any of the traditional estate agents who we had contact with. I think the days of the traditional estate agents are numbered as they do not offer any added value for the high fees they charge.

I will always use 2Roost in future and will certainly recommend you to others. Thanks again.
