As part of your dealings with any member of the 2Roost group of companies which consists of 2Roost UK LLP, 2Roost Estate Agents Ltd and 2Roost Lettings Ltd, we will collect and otherwise process personal information about you in order to supply estate agent services to you and to administer our relationship with you. For the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation the relevant 2Roost entity is the data controller in respect of your personal information that we collect and process as further described in this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect?

We may collect and process information about you, including your name, date of birth, address, contact details (including email address and mobile phone number), Financial details, Identification data, including passports, driving licences for the purpose of Anti money Laundering checks and data collected as part of any finance application or payment (including previous addresses, employment details and bank account details). This information is referred to in this Privacy Policy as personal information.

In particular, we may collect and process the following personal information about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms, including those on our Websites.
  • A copy of your driving licence/passport/utility information/proof of address information, when you make offers or enter into contracts or arrangements to buy, sell or rent properties with any 2Roost entity.
  • When you enquire about viewing a property, we collect personal information to respond to your enquiry.

With whom do we share your personal information?

In connection with the above uses of your personal information, we may share your personal information with third parties as described below. We will share your personal information with other 2Roost entities for the purposes set out above and below.
