Viewings and Valuations
When your viewer/valuer arrives you should at all times seek to maintain a minimum of 2 meters distance at all times. Where social distancing is not possible and the visit is within an enclosed space, you should consider wearing a face covering in line with government guidance.
All parties viewing a property should wash their hands with soap and water (or use hand sanitiser if not available). In preparation for your viewer/valuer's arrival, you should make sure that all internal doors are open and all surfaces should be wiped down before viewers enter your property. Separate towels or paper towels should be used if possible and washed or disposed of safely after use.
Visitors should avoid touching any surfaces within the property and were possible avoid opening cupboards and drawers
We are recommending that at a viewing there will be no more than TWO people at any one time and consecutive viewings will be spaced out accordingly to avoid viewings clashing.
You should at no time share any items during the viewing for example: Pens etc
Viewers should not accept or ask for or accept any beverages during the appointment.
Once the visit has taken place, the homeowner should ensure surfaces, such as door handles, are cleaned with standard household cleaning products and towels disposed of safely or washed as appropriate.
At this time 2Roost will not be allowing any open house viewings, all viewings will only be conducted by appointment only.
